1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped yet. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
2. Returns Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on sanitary pad products once they are delivered.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support.
